hello dear i am having a smart vision ip cam it is showing on my network but whenever i am trying to open it on web it is not opening i am aloted a static ip by my service provider. how can i use static ip to open online i have opened the port no 80 and checked it on net the port is farwarding. but i don't know how to use static ip. A couple days ago I completely reset the camera to factory defaults to start from scratch and now not only can I not view the stream when away from home but I can only view it using the IP Config tool when at home. When I try to view the stream via Safari the login page rarely even loads.
